Josh absolutely delivered! He elevated my brand by creating newsletter designs and campaigns that were a perfect mixture of visual appeal, feature highlights, customer reviews and overall top to bottom layout elements. His AC, BA, Welcome and Winback designs and flows were perfectly executed. Early on, the first draft of designs weren't as on-brand for what I had imagined, but the second I gave him more feedback and what I was after, everything following couldn't have been better! Where do I start?! Josh has been incredible from start to finish and our work together continues. His communication throughout the contract was A++ and he was thorough with every single detail. From design to implementation to analysis he really does know what he's doing! If I could give Josh (and Daniel) a 20/10 I would. Excellent, fast communication, beautifully designed emails (like, *really* beautiful). They moved everything from Mailchimp to Klaviyo, set up all of my flows and audiences. It was so nice to have everything be so hands off so I could focus on other areas of my business. Before I hired Josh, I think I made $1,000 total in revenue from my emails in almost a year. After hiring Josh, he got us up so that emails are now producing 30% of our revenue.
